The Iroquois County Pubic Health Department (ICPHD) will be conducting the following COVID-19 vaccine clinics for Illinois residents, age 18 and older.

  • Monday, May 17, 2021, 9AM to 6PM- Walk-in Illinois National Guard Johnson & Johnson (1 dose) Vaccine Clinic located at the Iroquois County Fairgrounds 4H Building, 1390 E 2000 North Road, Watseka, IL 60970. This clinic is also for those who have scheduled appointments for their 2nd dose of Moderna vaccine.

  • Wednesday, May 19, 2021, 9 AM to 3:30 PM- Moderna Vaccine Clinic, available by appointment or walk-in, located at the Iroquois County Public Health Department, 1001 E Grant Street, Watseka, IL 60970.
    • To schedule an appointment click here , or call ICPHD at (815) 432-2483 to schedule over the phone. Second dose for this vaccine will be scheduled at the time of first dose administration.

Individuals are required to bring a valid form of photo ID. Please do not attend if you do not feel well the day of this clinic or are in isolation or quarantine. Patients will need to wear a face covering, practice social distancing, and plan to allow at least 15 minutes for observation after the vaccination. Please wear clothing to allow easy access to the upper portion of the arm for the injection.
