COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics- June 4th and 8th, 2021


The Iroquois County Pubic Health Department (ICPHD) will be conducting the following COVID-19 vaccine clinics for Illinois residents, age 18 and older.

  • Friday, June 4, 2021, 9 AM to 3:30 PM– Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Clinic, available by appointment or walk-in, located at the Iroquois County Public Health Department, 1001 E Grant Street, Watseka, IL 60970. Click here to schedule.

Individuals are required to bring a valid form of photo ID. Please do not attend if you do not feel well the day of this clinic or are in isolation or quarantine. Patients will need to wear a face covering, practice social distancing, and plan to allow at least 15 minutes for observation after the vaccination. Please wear clothing to allow easy access to the upper portion of the arm for the injection.
